Lucy has been preparing my individual taxes for over twenty years. Her expertise, attention to detail, & knowledge in tax preparation always exceeds my expectations. She is always professional, clear & concise in any conversation regarding taxes questions. Lucy stays abreast of all the pertinent tax laws as they change. She has taught me the importance of keeping relevant documents as they pertain to my personal receipts, e.g. donations, banking information, & all necessary financial records. After taxes are completed Lucy provides her customers with a meticulous portfolio & analysis of their financial status. Lucy has always made herself available to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions or accounting concerns. She makes contact via telephone, email, or in person if needed.
